"It was a quick and easy process to level the patio. I was disappointed in the clean-up though, because they left a lot of small bits foam on the rocks and in the flower bed. They could have swept instead of blowing the debris off the concrete. It will take some time for the flowers to recover. I might have covered this bed with a light weight tarp to protect it, had I known this would happen."

They provided the best materials to educate myself on their processes, workmanship and warranties they offered. For both the appointments (surface sealant treatment and joint sealant application) a team of professionals came with a company branded covered trailer with specialty tools and various products for the surface pre-treatments and product applications. At that time I knew we made the right decision to hire this company that specializes in this work. Only time will tell how well the treatments will hold up - but it's nice to know that they are there and available should we have any questions or concerns in the future. Lastly, everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with Sprague Structural Solutions and only wish that every business I deal with acted in the same way."

"Thrasher did a great job. The foreman was knowledgeable and he explained what was going to be done. We were allowed to watch the process. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."
