"Paid a premium for a new HVAC system, and the A/C has had issues every summer since installation. Service calls have been frequent but only resulted in temporary fixes. Most recently, the system failed completely, and despite promises of follow-up and support, the company has been unresponsive and disorganized. Communication is poor, and I?ve been left without A/C during extreme heat. Very disappointed in the lack of reliability and accountability. Would not recommend"

"Top service! Owen was knowledgeable and professional. First time getting our Ducts clean, didn't know how even the process goes. Before even scheduling the Appt. Owen went over all the expectations that could arise and gave a price point right away. Came in did the work and showed/recommended as he went. Made the process much more trusting and the results were as promised!! Our AC keeps us more cold! Definitely going again with HighPoint HVAC"

"Not really, I was quoted a price of $228 to clean our air ducts and dryer vent, the tech went up in the attic in the garage, and said one of the ducts to the air handler was loose and I had mold, and it would cost $700 to remove the mold, he also said the dryer vent was blocked and it would cost extra money the clear the blockage, he never gave n=me a price for that. I thought he would also clean the vents in each room, but that never happened nor did he clean the filter in the cold air return.I contracted with United Home Services to do the work, And I made out a ck=heck to United Home services for the $228.00 and gave it to the tech when he was ready to leave, he said the the check should be made out to Arizona Right Choice. which we did but I got a receipt from Pure Flow Home Services"
