"Roberto came and analyzed the sprinkler valve issue without charging for a service call. He went through the effort of trying to repair the malfunctioning valve rather than just saying it needed to be replaced. He showed me the defect in the valve. He did not try to upsell to me. He would have just replaced the one valve, but based on the system being 46 years old I opted to replace the entire valve manifold (4 valves) and valve box. He came as scheduled and did the valves replacement. The system is back up and working better than ever."
