"I have hired Braswell Construction Group 3 separate times to do work on my house. They replaced my roof on a 5000 sq ft house, they did drywall work in my kitchen on the ceiling, and they also did several household repairs to help me sell my house. I have been dealing with Chris. He is very professional, always comes when he says he will (and from what I have experienced in GA with contractors, that means a lot!), and the pricing has always been fair. He talks through the process of each job and what needs to be done and gives you the pricing upfront. He has played an instrumental role in helping me sell my house. One of Chris's best attributes, he is always so pleasant to deal with. He has found cheaper solutions to problems other contractors were trying to charge me an arm and a leg to fix. I'm very glad I hired him to do all the work that was done. He is trustworthy!"

"Several years ago I used T&J Exteriors to replace 3 or 4 windows on a recently purchased home, so I contacted them again when I decided to replace the rest. My first experience was great; the owner met with me to determine what I needed and to answer questions. After the installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the product and service. My second experience was different; I had to leave a few messages before I heard back from the owner. He told me that he subcontracted out all his window jobs, saying someone would be out to measure. The man who did the measuring and the man who actually installed my windows were professional and competent, and I love the quality the windows. After the job was completed I did not contacted by the anyone to see if I was satisfied, but about a week later I got a call asking for payment. Maybe I am just old school but I believe spending more than $5,000 with a company entitles me to at least a "thank you for your business"."

"Nathan Farmer immediately took a direct, hands-on approach to the work I needed done. Initially, I asked for a roofing quote but was also interested in some exterior paint where we had severe chipping and flaking in our exterior paint. Nathan personally came and estimated the painting and roofing work then provided both to me by COB the next day. He made himself available for any questions or follow-ups I asked and set clear, reasonable expectations for the job communicating with me via email, text and phone calls. He made sound recommendations based on years of experience in roofing & construction. His painting crew arrived when he said and got to work immediately. Our house is a brick ranch but with wooden trim and some areas with wood paneling, all of which were in the scope of work. Nathan and his crew went above and beyond, painting gutters and downspouts as well as some other overhangs that were not in scope at no additional charge. The job was completed next day and overall looks fantastic. There is only 1 follow-up item I was able to point out and Nathan is personally tracking it down to ensure satisfaction. I am already planning to use Nathan for our roofing project coming up due to his honesty, integrity, experience, clear communication and superior workmanship, not to mention very competitive pricing. I can't recommend Farmer Brothers enough and will use them again for other projects we have planned."

"From the start they were on time. Talked with their estimator for about a hour about what and how I wanted. Being a ex-roofer myself I was pleased to see someone interested in what I had to say. Everything talked about was sent back to me by email before job was started. Very professional. Job started on time. Workers both men and women did a great job. "We had loose shingles on our roof after a storm in April. I went to Angie's List to find roofing contractors to replace our roof. <br /> I called Horizon Roofing and 3 other contractors based on the reviews that I read on Angie's List. Jason came right out and looked at my roof. He suggested that we contact our insurance agent to get an appraisal on the damage to see if our insurance would cover the cost of the roof. Jason very graciously came and covered the spot where our loose shingles were without charge. He also offered to come to my house when the adjuster came to look at the roof. Jason went up on the roof with the adjuster( during some of the hottest days we have had this summer) and went through all of his concerns on our behalf. In end our roof was covered, the crew came out, and we now have a BEAUTIFUL new roof! I am extremely pleased with everything they did. Even if we had not had insurance coverage, I would have been very pleased with the service and attention that we received."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
