"2 of 997 Urgent: Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work We are experiencing significant project management issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration.Their quality of work is good but project management sucks big time,. We started our bathroom rennovations on Nov 29th 2024 the project wsda supposed to be completed in 5 weeks now it is almost 2 months and the master bathroom still needs to begin constreuction. We have had 3 project managers so far. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past week via our text messaging group and several calls, we have yet to receive any updates on a variety of outstanding work in the loft and guest bathroom that need to be done. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. While we understand that Elkay is taking a break, the responsibility for keeping us informed and ensuring the project stays on track should not be neglected. We are not getting proper updates about stataus of several pending issues and we feel like we are being passed around without any clear resolution or accountability. The most pressing concern is the arrival of the bathtub, as all further work on the master bathroom is stalled until it arrives."

"I have used the Tomas Brothers for a deck tear down and rebuild, installation of new windows and doors, and complete remodeling of our club room/basement including a small bathroom. They were responsive to my requests and creative in making a lovely cabinet to hide the sump pump. I will definitely call them when ready for the next project!"

"I met Tony around 2018-2019 when I needed someone to find tenants for a long term rental that I eventually sold in 2024. For 5 years Tony had been my one and only go-to for my rental turns. His knowledge of the area and his resources are what I needed considering I was a distant owner. I never had to worry after putting the rental in Tony’s care to find, show, and prepare the lease paperwork. He would take time to go over the particulars of each applicant for me to make a decision on acceptance. When I decided to sell there was no need for me to find a realtor because I already knew Tony would do a fantastic job. The property listed 6/24, under contract 7/1 and closed 7/25. It’s due to the open house he orchestrated, all of his preparedness and his representation that I was able to get it under contract quickly. He took the time to walk me through all the contract paperwork and kept me informed of all the important dates we needed to hit and get feedback to the buyers agent. While it was not without issues toward closing due to circumstances neither of us could fathom, Tony didn’t let that deter him. He took the lead to get everyone in the conversation to find a solution. This man worked miracles. He kept me calm through the entire process as it can be nerve wracking. He would always say, “ I see this all the time”, or “ don’t worry this isn’t as bad as others that I’ve seen”. I am beyond grateful having met Tony when I did. He took the stress out of what it took to manage getting tenants to ultimately selling the property. I honestly could not have done any of this without his skillful navigation and knowledge of the real estate world. Any emails, texts, or calls I made were always answered in the same day or next. He is a great communicator and it was absolutely a pleasure to have been a client of his."

"We had damage to our roof from a late summer hail storm. Our neighborhood had many roofers interested in doing the work. I choose Tri-Coastal because I really like Trae's manner. He did everything he said he would do. He went above and beyond. This work also involved new gutters and downspouts- he brought samples for me to see and assured me that the quality of the work would be great as would the installation. It was. I could not have asked for more and I would be happy to be a future reference for anyone considering Trae and his company. He's a really nice man- very kind, thoughtful and he does come through. I don't know what else someone could want. You will be fine with Tri-Coastal!"

"In 2017, I contracted with them via Pepco because the 2nd floor rooms were hotter than the rest of the house, costing me greater A/C expenses. I worked with them on an energy audit to the upstairs bedrooms, removal of the acoustic ceiling tile in one room, addition/improvement of insulation, sealing in kneewalls, installation of new ceiling, insulation in the basement, and a follow-up energy audit. The auditor was very prompt and friendly but the workers didn't do an good job. The contractor was flaky. The HVAC crew were sloppy. The drywall installer/carpenter did a low-grade job by using low grade wood for the knee wall doors, and he set the ceiling inappropriately for house settling (now there are cracks between ceiling and walls). The energy audit following the work showed improvement but I'll need additional solutions to get the house to a more efficient state. I shared my disappointment with them and in 2018 they refinished cracking drywall ceiling without charge and replaced the doors - still not quality. They were bought by Minnick's, with whom in 2019 I scheduled an estimate for additional HVAC solutions for the upstairs. Minnick's jerked me around, never gave a complete estimate (I had to keep asking if it included what we discussed) and the estimate was exponentially more pricey than others and they proposed a solution that wouldn't solve the problem. I wouldn't recommend them at all."
