When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well. "We had this company come out in November to fix a leak, which we paid a good amount of money on. Less than a week later, the leak started back up. They came back and fixed it no charge. Leak started again. They then came back, reassessed it, charged us more, and fixed it. It was then okay. 4 months later, the leak is back. Really disappointed, would not recommend. Terrible communication, was never sure when they were going to come by, and after it all the problem is still not solved. Out $6,000 for nothing. Great."
