"I can think of no other construction firm that I’ve had a better experience with than Gibson Roofing. And I’ve seen a LOT. From the first minute talking with Steve there was an air of calm professionalism and knowledge that I came to rely on. In my case it wasn’t clear that a re-roof was necessary. Steve, in an attempt to help make it through one more winter, and without charge, applied sealant around some questionable venting that was not correctly installed 19 years ago. "Giron Roofing did an excellent job replacing our 25-year-old cedar shake roof. They did a complete tear-off, added plywood sheathing, and Malarkey Windsor roofing. We have a large, very steep roof, but the project went very smoothly and was completed in just one week. The tear-off was quite messy, as would be expected, but the crew did a great job cleaning up. They even ran a magnet around the house to catch any nails or staples, which is very important for a family with young children and pets. The Malarkey roofing product is beautiful. After reviewing the products listed in our HOA requirements we found that the Malarkey Windsor was equal to or better, but had a superior warranty. Additionally, Giron is an Emerald Premium contractor for Malarkey, which adds peace of mind, knowing that they have installed the product to the manufacturer's requirements and standards. "The sales person did a good job explaining the work needed, what they would do, and provided a clear estimate. I purchased the plus package with ridge vents. The crew did a good job removing and installing the new roof, boards, and skylight. We had an issue with too much oil on a packag or two of the shingles which created an interesting look on my roof. We worked through the issue by holding payment for that part of the work until the oil faded (a few months). It has been about a year and the roof is doing well."

"I was very impressed.  Very kind, professional man knowledgeable in our roof and it's current condition, which is good now that he was able to replace rubber gaskets on vents.  We discussed products for minor skylight repairs that we can do, and he  sealed a shingle I'd cracked when I tried to do a vent repair by myself. He also sealed areas (screws/flashing) as a good preventative measure.  I trust the service and will definitely contact them again for roof work.
