I had asked them to call me 30 min prior to them arriving so I could leave work in time to make it and was called to say the job was finished. Apparently I had left my front door unlocked on accident, which is my fault, but it was very disconcerting that someone I didn't know was in my home for hours without supervision. If my wife had been home at the time, she could have been scared and reacted with force. The work done on my home was quality work and I know mistakes happen, but I was not happy. "It was an expensive repair. The repair process was extremely long and drawn out with multiple contractors. The quality of the work was just very average. They had to cut away and strip away a lot of sheet rock to get to the problem. They finally figured out it was a plumbing leak after we had had multiple people in there evaluating what was causing the leak. So we had people treating some mold damage and water leak and ultimately it was determined that it was a pipe leaking up in the attic after looking at the roof and all kinds of things. They subcontract their emergency service contractor for all kinds of water damage, fire damage, mold e.t.c. They subbed out the plumbing. Its not that they were horrible, they just weren't great. The whole process was extremely time consuming and we had a portion of our sheet rock ceiling open for over a month."

"My refrigerator stopped working, and it was also a Samsung. They came out, and they estimated it would cost $2,100 to fix it. I said well if I'm going to send that kind of money I'll take a new one. It also was barely out of warranty, it looked like new appliance barely out of warranty I didn't get another Samsung because it was so hard to find anybody to work on it wasn't that old and it shouldn't cost $2,100 to fix it. I think their estimate for free I don't think I had any cost the second time. I was able to buy another refrigerator that was similar. It had all the bells and whistles as my older one or most of them. It was less than that amount of money. I needed my furnace tuned up. They were punctual, they were professional, but I felt like the price was higher than it should be. They came when they said they were going to come. They came very quickly. They gave me a detailed estimate. It wasn't just well it will cost you $2,100. They wrote it down on a card for me and how long it was going to take. So, it was a logical estimate. I might use them again because they are a really prompt, they come out right away. But the furnace person that originally installed it, he was very responsive also. He really knew that furnace and did it or had the price that Atrol had quoted. It was a big discrepancy in the price and I kind of questioned why."
