"Roofing Solutions Unlimited contacted me on Saturday morning and came out to my house that same afternoon to evaluate my needed roof repairs. Both Nick and Brennan inspected my roof and gave me a ballpark estimate for the repairs and that evening emailed me a written estimate that was almost the same as their on-sight ballpark estimate. It was more than fair and reasonable. We scheduled the repairs for the following Tuesday at noon and they both showed up exactly at noon. It took them about an hour to complete the repairs and I was more than satisfied with the high quality of their work. They re-fastened some roof tiles that had slid out of place, identified some additional cracked tiles that they repaired, and fixed and painted a damaged air vent.
