Then they started adding more made-up fees, like $75 for every additional 50 feet ? something that was never clearly explained upfront. They promised delivery in 9?10 days. That was a lie. My belongings showed up 18 days later, with no accountability or proper explanation. The payment situation was another disaster: after initially accepting credit cards, at pickup they suddenly said they no longer accepted cards and that I had to pay in cash. They literally change the rules whenever it suits them. After arguing with multiple people, they ?accepted? my card, but split the payment into two transactions just to charge me double processing fees. Completely abusive. They scammed and robbed us out of our money. He refuse to even start working unless we paid him an additional $7,000 and he said he will not unload the items off the truck if we don?t pay him another additional $7,000. He left furniture disassembled, he stage furniture like he put it together and didn?t. We have been finding hardware to furniture, that he set up like he put it all back together. No screws in tv stand holding up the tv and he even put the tv on the stand. I?m glad I found a plastic bag of screws on the ground labeled tv stand. I watched him pretend to put broken furniture back together. He must not have thought I saw him and place it in a corner.
