"MSH did a great job. They were quick and efficient. They made sure all the sprinklers were once the new sod was laid down and fixed all the drip lines for the new plants. And followed through to make sure the job was done well."

"They were perfect. OMB was able to get me an estimate same day I requested service. They were then able to get me scheduled in for repair during the same week. The work looks incredible. They went above and beyond in their repair. I had to get the flue/exhaust for an old cast iron fireplace removed from my basement and basement wall patched up, along with a window well removed and filled with concrete. All at an affordable price! Thanks OMB!"

"I cannot recommend Ricky with Krenger Construction high enough for the outlandscaping work done. From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, an attention to details exceeded all of our expectations. The water feature has become the centerpiece of our backyard. His knowledge of proper drainage, pump systems and stone placement is extensive. The deck work is phenomenal. We now have a beautiful deck that everyone enjoys. The compliments on our deck and yard are overwhelming! Ricky had excellent communication with us throughout the entire project. If you're looking for a landscaping company that has technical expertise and creative flair this is the one!"

"Austin was great to work with. He came out to take a look and I walked him through all the things I wanted to do. He gave great advice and guidance. We bought the home in the winter and the exterior needed some love. Since we couldn’t afford to do it all at once he gave us recommendations on where to get started and the two projects we’ve done have made a huge difference for the exterior of our home! He ground down old tree stumps, installed a long planter bed in the backyard, laid sod as needed, and installed a flower bed and landscaping in our front yard. I wanted curbing for the front flower bed and he had a great recommendation who was also affordable. Once the curbing was laid he came back out to put in rock and finish the landscaping. All of this work was done over the course of two projects. He’s reliable, affordable and a machine when it comes to getting the work done! He’s also, all around, a nice guy. Will definitely work with home again when we start our next projects."

"I called a landscaper the first of April for a bid.  The owner came out to my property, walked it for over an hour, made notes and said I would get a bid within a week or so.  Fast forward to July.  I gave up on ever receiving any bid from this first company.  I then left messages for two other landscape companies with no return call.  So, I did what I should have done in the first place and signed into my Angies list account. <br /> I read the reviews on Exterior Innovations and thought I'd give it a try.  I emailed the owner Chris.  The very next morning he responded.  Chris said he had a job he was completing but he could come by the next week.  He showed up as scheduled on time.  He provided a written bid within the time frame he quoted.  He started the job when he said he would, and did exactly as we discussed.  Chris just left my property moments ago.  He did a wonderful job, exactly as I imagined and for a fair price. <br /> You can trust Chris, and I will not hesitate to refer him.  Absolute best experience I've had with a contractor in a long time. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Estes Park, CO

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
