When Tim and Justin arrived we went over the water heater installation and other repairs before beginning, once again answering all my questions. All the information was very welcoming. I had a few other plumbing issues other than the water heater installation which were absolutely no problem for Tim and Justin. "I am a handyman myself, but some things are difficult to do by myself when shutting water off to an entire building with time constraints. I hired Pedro at RT plumbing, and he was able to come out to the jobsite with another one of his plumbers and knock out a laundry valve box replacement in a very timely and professional manner. The work was done correctly, and also important as well.... clean. Every line was wiped down after all the copper was sweated to a polished finish. Pedro and his apprentice got the job done same day which was great, too, and in only a couple hours. I would definitely recommend RT Plumbing and Pedro to anyone needing an experienced plumber that's prompt and does a professional job."

"my water heater quit late at night, i took to angi and submitted a work order. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!"

"My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.
