"Our experience with this company has been stellar! From our initial contact with Cannon, our salesperson, the wonderfully helpful scheduler, Kiersten, and AJ, the project manager and his crew for the installation and closing, everyone was friendly and professional. As a former Virginia Class A contractor who has done this kind of work and understands the challenges, I can tell you that these people are spectacular. I wish I would have had these employees working for me back when I was a builder. Any fool can climb up on a roof and nail down shingles, but this construction crew was prompt to arrive on time, got to work immediately, and stripped and replaced twenty-three squares of shingles in one day while doing an outstanding job, with no flaws or defects that I could find. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable for the work we contracted and the 50-year warranty on the roof. In my experience, when you hire out a job, there are three factors: cost, quality, and timeliness, and you get to pick which two you want. What we asked and paid for was top-quality materials and workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and that is what we received. If you are looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, top-of-the-line quality, at a reasonable price point, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. I suspect you will not be disappointed."

"Pat and his team were very responsive and completed my roof in one day when the rest of the neighborhood took two days. The workers cleaned everything up before leaving and the gutter guys replaced my gutters to my satisfaction. (they even came back and extended a gutter that I wanted) My roof past inspection with out and issues. PRQ were very considerate of my neighbors, even asking them if there was any garbage or complaints they may have. I would use PRQ again if I needed any work done on my house/roof."

"After purchasing our new home and enduring an especially cold and snowy winter, we noticed that water was collecting in our gutters and seeping into the drywall. This turned out to be the result of an improperly installed roof edge that would not allow snow and water to be pushed away from the house. We contacted Virtuous Roofing and asked if they could send someone over to review. They responded almost immediately and had a crew inspecting our roof the next day. The boss, Edgar, personally reached out to confirm the arrival of his crew. He even delivered the materials to fix the roof himself! "I needed to hire a company to do the roof replacement on my house, that I was selling. From the first phone conversation, I felt at ease and like Brian "cared" about what I needed, and of my concerns. They removed two layers of shingles, down to the wood, they called me a couple of times with "meeting code" issues I had no idea about... so they also corrected venting shortfalls on the roof, with nicer more efficient vents. They pulled off a rotting board and replaced it with a new one on the eaves, and then painted it as well! Having had several conversations with Brian, through the course of all this, and as they progressed, seeing the pictures of the work that had been done, I began to wonder if they couldn't fix the downspouts on the gutters which had, through the years, come loose...YUP, done and DONE, then I needed to fix a window in the master bath and poof, it was fixed including framing, around the outside...better than I could have even imagined! Being out of town added to the angst of hiring the "right" company, to do the repairs I needed, to get the house on the market... Colorado Native excelled!
