About 11/2 weeks later, they called and said that a job had cancelled and they could install ours the upcoming Saturday which was 2 weeks ahead of schedule! They were extremely professional - arrived on time for appointments and kept in touch frequently by phone and email, answered all of our questions and showed us samples of all the materials. They scheduled the work several weeks out and were able to fit us in a few days early. <br /> Don told us they would take down the old deck and put up the new one the same day, and that's exactly what they did. They arrived at 8:00 AM (on time!) and worked all day. They cleaned up the work site and driveway so well that you couldn't even tell they had been there! <br /> The materials they use are high quality and the new deck is so much more solid than the old one. "Overhead Door immediately set me up for an appointment within 48 hours of my call to replace my opener which included the total price of product, taxes and installation. Shannon, the technician, not only arrived early for the appointment (he called ahead), but was proficient and courteous. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing! He also reprogrammed both of our cars for the new garage door opener and serviced the garage door itself. He was in and out under 90 minutes. I am extremely pleased with Shannon and the Overhead Door company! They have performed services for me in the past and I will happily continue to do business with them in the future. I give them a strong positive recommendation."

"They were great. One of the posts wasn't quite right so I called them on Friday and they just came today to fix it, so that was fast. The young men that work for him were very good, Brian Wicket is the foreman and he stayed with them all the time. He even gave me his cell phone number because he said the office sometimes gets busy and he called back that evening when I called them for the rework. The young men that put it in were very nice and knew what they were doing. They called two days ago to apologize for not being able to get out here sooner. We were very happy with them. They cleaned up their mess, they brought all their stuff, and we didn't have to do anything really. It was pretty nice. When they first came out we didn't know much about what we wanted but I kind of knew I wanted vinyl and I knew I wanted black vinyl for the chain link fence so that it looked a little nicer and they brought everything. We got two quotes, they were cheaper but not that much, maybe about $400 cheaper, and I really liked what they had to offer compared to the others. The other companies were more reputable but I liked the personal part of my interaction with the people of Michiana Fence. They called, they told me when they would do it, they called a week ahead of time to say they would be over that following week if it didn't rain and they kept following up with phone calls, so the communication was excellent and I was pleased with that. They took their time with us, they had brochures and they told us where they bought the fence. Everything was written down on the contract, the installation, what they were going to do, how many and what that cost was going to be, the tax and everything. I wanted some steel supports under one fence and he added that on. We paid them half and then they did not take any more money until they were all done. They just worked with us. They did it one day and it was a small job too but they treated it as if it were a big job. I would refer them to my best friend but they are not in our town, they are about twenty miles away but they service our area. They can do right with the big boys."

"Caleb was a no nonsense guy that got in and did the work and suggested things that needed to be replaced. Some people may say he added extra parts to the job but I figure he is there and he showed me the parts and why they were additional and needed so get it done."

"He was building during a rainy month, so it took longer than he said. It was completely understandable. When he couldn't work because of the weather, he called to let us know.  Even though it wasn't his fault, he upgraded the siding to one more expensive than he quoted to make it up to us.  The only category that I didn't give him an A in was his responsiveness.  If I emailed or texted him with a question, sometime it took two or three days to get back to me, but he always thoroughly answered my question. <br />"

"New fence and gates look good. Cal-Pro builds the fence on-site, rather than installing pre-built panels. Not sure if that is better, but it's different. (Gates are pre-built in their shop.) Estimator/salesman was excellent. Installing crew was good, but we had to call them back to fix a couple of things. And we never did get the gate handle for the inside of the back gate. Black latch hardware was just painted, and so the paint chipped everywhere the two sections of the latch came into contact. <br /> I have tried to reach the company recently, to get a quote on doing another section of fence. But my emails have not been answered, and I just get a phone company recording when I try their phone numbers. When I click a link to their website, it takes me to a different fence company in Mishawaka. So maybe they have moved and changed their name, or merged with another company. <br />"

"We actually used them a couple of times this summer. They were great and I can't say anything bad. It's a very high quality and they got the job done quickly. I think the price is reasonable for the quality that we're getting."

"Had a leak in the ceiling - they came out discovered that the leak was coming from the roof vent covering the bath room stand pipe. They went to a supply store, purchased the vent covering, ran some water over the newly installed vent covering and that solved the problem. They also checked the rest of the roof to see if everything else was ok, as I requested, and it was. Finally, they returned the next day to check if the attic insulation needed replacing due to the water leakage, and it does not. <br /> There was no charge for that return trip, but I felt compelled to TIP them $40.00, that seemed to be the honest thing to do on my part. <br />"
