Kris repaired my leaky roof, replaced rotted wood, and painted my ceiling. It looked wonderful and matched the rest of the house’s ceiling. Kris was very careful to cover my belongings and he did a great job cleaning up. The best part, all this was done at a VERY fair price."

"Conner and his employee were professional and respectful of our property. In order to restore our front door to a presentable appearance, an incredible amount of work was done (they spent 9 hours sanding it) and we were charged for labor according to the estimate. <br />"

The company primarily does tuckpointing, according to the owner, and he said he'd only be able to "fill in" the space between the wall and the steps. That's fair. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
