Customers say: True professional

"James and his crew, Chris and d Dustin did very high quality work. They build a patio with pavers that included a level square for a hot tub. When the hot tub was installed, the installers stated it was the best, most level hot tub pad they had seen. I love the pavers they installed, I love the stone pillars they built around the pergola we added. They built a beautiful space. They always showed up when expected, they kept me informed throughout the entire project and they were super kind and respectful. If I had any issues, they addressed them. I highly recommend this company. I have already used them again to frame an area around the patio for a flower garden. That project is also done and beautiful. James knows his business and made great suggestions that enhanced my initial vision for the project! Again, I highly recommend this company!"

"Isaacs is a true professional who obviously loves and takes pride in his work. He first provided a free estimate, coordinated a installation date with us, and arrived on said date on time and ready to go to work. When I suggested a different river rock than planned and an alternative supplier he had never worked with, Isaacs was very open to the suggestion and went to that source to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. He also suggested the material for the retaining wall which turned out beautiful. We plan on using Delgado Landscaping in the future and would recommend his company to anyone needing such work."

"I had them build a small cinder block wall to replace one that had been removed years ago by previous owners. The men were professional and the wall came out perfect. I will recommend them to anyone and will use them again!"

"Marcus has a horticulture degree and really understands the science behind landscapes and ground structures.  He prefers to use natural stone on all of his projects, however since I had purchased the manufactured concrete pavers he agreed to use them.  He is good at explaining how his projects are planned, the rational behind the materials he uses, and what options are available.  He and his crew of two were respectful of my property, cleaned up well, and I am happy with their work.  They completed laying out the base material for the 7'X21' patio on a Friday afternoon and completed laying the pavers by early Saturday afternoon."

"Mark was referred to us by a coworker in our neighborhood.  He came to the house shortly after our first conversation to assess our situation and listen to our requests.  We communicated mainly through email and sent pictures of the different types of stones and pavers we felt were ideal.  Mark took our ideas and sketched out his version of what he thought would work well in the yard, connecting two areas - a sunken patio and a deck.  Along with the to-scale design that he mailed to us, he included a <strong>very</strong> detailed list of materials and their costs.  Although it was more expensive than other quotes, his design and explanation of the materials and work to be performed was much more reassuring to us.  It all showed us that he was willing to take the extra steps to do it right.   <br /> He performed <strong>ALL</strong> the work by himself.  It took about 4 weeks in total.  It did rain heavily after he graded the yard and he had troubles with his paver saw, so it might not have taken as long if conditions were ideal. To get the pavers into the back yard, he had to remove a section of fence as the delivery vehicle was larger than the gate opening.  It was reattached and doesn't even look like it was touched.  The rest of the work was done through the gate opening with a small bobcat type vehicle.  With all the rain, it made deep tracks to the back yard, but Mark was able to find sod (in December) and filled it in.  He graded the yard after digging down about 8-9 inches, dug the trench for the drain, then stamped a couple tons of rock filler in the patio area.  He placed paver sand filler and leveled the patio for stones, starting from the walls to the center.  There was also a small retainer used around the base stones to keep them from shifting. <br /> After the completion of the project, I was able to cover a lot of the bare ground with sod on my own, as I did not think of that for the original request.  It's been 4 months since the completion and everything is as level and solid as the day it was installed - even after all the rain and snow we received in the area.  Oh, and he didn't mind our dogs continually giving him grief for being in their backyard. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Eudora, KS

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
