"I am a part-owner in a family property on the river, nine miles in from the coast. Our family's old folks live on the property, and I live hundreds of miles away. As the roof on the house was falling apart and we were facing another coastal Oregon winter, it was clear that we needed trustworthy, timely and affordable help making sure that the house and the folks in it would be protected from the storms.
