That said, I do take some responsibility for the issues, as I broke my own #1 rule: NEVER, NEVER, EVER, pay a vendor in full for their product prior to delivery, especially when that product is delivered months out. A deposit is fine, full payment is a HUGE mistake. A full payment requirement puts the buyer at a distinct disadvantage when problems arise, and problems will arise. A paid in full vendor has no “skin in the game” to communicate, keep commitments, and solve issues."

Quinton arrived to the job exactly when they said they would, and the job took exactly as long as they told me it would (3-4 hours). All of the surrounding surfaces were taped off very well and I appreciated that he explained everything I would need to know for after care. The tub looks great and I'm excited to put some new hardware on it to finish the transformation. Very affordable upgrade if you arent looking to tear up your bathroom."

"It was horrible. The shower pan liner does not seal the bottom, the tiles were installed incorrectly, we fixed that but then he used an old level and mis-laid the tiles with an inch of mortar. Had to all be removed and have lost a lot of tiles due this. This was the worst contractor I have ever worked with. Loud, disruptive to me, and my pets. Dust everywhere from cutting concrete board inside, damage to walls from hitting them going in and out. Also totally unprepared, did not bring extension cord, towels, or even spacers!. I found my hammer covered in mortar left as is. I would not recommend."
