"I am writing another review! Today was the day I needed to start winterizing. It was time to shut off the outdoor facets. My dad passed away, so I moved down to take care of mom. I had no idea how to turn off outside facets. Shawn took the time to write on the valves so I knew what to do! Five seconds and I was done! "Absolutely avoid Outdoor Equity Construction and its owner, Vaughn. He makes promise after promise and never delivers. After taking a sizable deposit for our patio cover, I had to constantly chase him for months just to get updates. What was promised to take 60?90 days ended up dragging on for nearly 9 months. When the work was finally completed, it was done incorrectly ? and now Vaughn refuses to return calls or messages. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VAUGHN OR OUTDOOR EQUITY CONSTRUCTION."
