"We had never hired a designer or undertaken a major remodel. Sylvie not only did a beautiful and functional design she walked us through the whole process. She kept our wants and needs in mind as she designed the rooms and did the work. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and found issues we would have missed. She always took responsibility for the tradesmen. She helped us design the master bathroom, kitchen, and powder room. The tradesmen she uses are all professional and excellent craftsmen. They always cleaned up after themselves and did beautiful work. We now have beautiful and functional rooms. Sylvie was always available for questions, kept us apprised of costs, and was in communication with us so we knew what was happening and when. "This job was over budget and 9 months to build a 200square foot room and 1/2 bath. David is a good framer, if he is doing the work himself it is good. The only SKILLED workers he used were his electrician and his plumber. Everyone else was from some street corner job pool. It took three attempts to texture this project. Two front windows had to be redone due to them not being straight, the top of one window was arched. Once again, on the third attempt, they ended up having to frame the entire windows out with wood trim. When windows arrived, according to David, one screen was torn, instead of repairing it or taking it to supplier, he installed it torn. However he did tell me he would fix it AND ONLY CHARGE ME FOR THE SCREEN!!! I can?t even count how many times paint had to be repainted due to labor using incorrect paint. David?s plummer installed drain and supply for new 1/2 bath addition. When foundation was poured, we found it was not level in the area of the 1/2 bath. David say"
