"These guys are a good-natured, enthusiastic, professional, and hard-working crew!  We were getting joist reinforcement done under the house and the workers for that company said they needed our metal ducting removed and set to the side so they could get to the joists and jack up the floor, and then replaced when they were done.  I contacted Redd's, who I had used once before for air conditioner repair, and James came to inspect, and let me know our ducting was duct board instead of metal and would fall apart if they tried to move it and put it back in place.  It was almost 30 years old and probably in need of replacement anyway.  James gave us a quote by the next day for all new metal ducting.  They had to time their work in coordination with the other company, and with 3 days notice, they were here by 7:45 a.m. and had all the duct work removed and carted away by 9:15.  Two days later, the other company finished the joist work by noon and Redd's was back that afternoon to install enough of the new duct work so we could have partial A/C over the weekend.  They were back on Monday and finished the whole thing.  They not only installed all new duct work, but also replaced vent covers that were rusting a little, and installed all new vapor barrier, which we had already contracted the other company for but got to cancel and saved $600.  They worked very hard, but always had time to answer my questions and explain what they were doing, and even pointed out a small water pipe leak for me so I could get it repaired.  I won't have any problem using this very professional company again. <br />"

"I asked Dean and Son to finish a small project I had started. I installed a hot water recirculation pump but did not have the tools to cut the existing pipes. Dean and Son sent a technician who completed the cuts and installed new fittings. They were done in less than 10 minutes! And, since the job was so simple, they did not charge us a dime! Ha! When you're dealing with the very best there is, and we mean that, there's little room for faults. He treated us very well, always respectful and professional, and he did an outstanding job on a prolonged (due to our limitations) bathroom project that was extremely challenging due to some unique design elements that we requested.  <br />    We will say that if you are lucky enough to get scheduled into his very busy services, you should know that he has to text a lot to keep thnigs moving smoothly. Often, if you call him, he will text you back saying he is in a meeting and that he will either text or call you back soon. Likewise, when you are meeting with him, he may sometimes text a reply to other customers or to his workers while you are talking, which at first we found to be distracting because we felt we didn't have his full attention. But as our project progressed, we found that he multi-tasks very well, and also seemed to put in place our needs to our satisfaction, even if we were not sure he had heard us.   <br />    Finally, we have more bathroom projects needing his attention, and we won't have to weed through future unknown professional bathroom contractors. We know exactly whom to call. Don't nobody call Andy in July, as we hope to get worked back into his schedule for upcoming work!!! <br />    His bathroom remodeling is truly Cadillac quality with down home friendliness at a reasonable price. We welcome any inquiries and photo requests about his out-of-this-world fine work. <br />"

"Conditioned Air replaced both our 5 and 2.5 ton heat pumps with new systems, built out the decks for each unit and reworked the ductwork completing the install within the time frame they said they would. Totally LOVE Conditioned Air Solutions’ notifications with pictures on who was arriving at our home. The entire sales experience working with Greg Dubroca, Steve and Victoria on deciding what system best met our needs was very impressive. Greg was so helpful and we really appreciated his knowledge of the systems and his non-aggressive sales approach. Greg and Victoria went above and beyond providing timely responses to all our questions. On the morning of install, Greg Dubroca showed up to ensure the installers knew what we expected. The installers — Will Morgan and his great crew are an AWESOME team (wish I could recall all their names); especially since they worked seamlessly together and kept us apprised of the work they were doing, addressed any issues that came up, showed up on time and cleaned up everyday. They exceeded my expectations. I also have to mention the silent partners, Charles McDowell and Greg the Techie who set us up with what we needed to make our systems work efficiently. "I called Benjamin Franklin, and Jackson Plumbing Inc showed up. I had a broken pipe that was underneath my kitchen sink that they charged me $651 to fix.  They also fixed a leak on the upstairs shower. I had bought a new shower head from them. They charged me 500 to install it (Including the price of the shower head). He was only here for about 2 hours, and it was not very reasonable. The product is good, but the price is unreasonable."
