He also did not communicate this delay until around 7:45 pm. During the initial pick up, the crew lost the key to the service elevator for my apartment building and offered to cover $50 of the replacement fee but insisted if it cost anymore, it would be on me to cover this fee. My partner was away at the time and as a woman alone during the pick up stage, I didn't feel comfortable pushing back and I had assumed "
