"It was a big job and I think they did okay. The house was vacant so we were never there when they were doing the work. The communication was good. I would say there would be a little room for improvement but it was good overall. They did take longer than we expected. After the work was done, we had rework that had to happen. I wasn't clear on what the problems were that necessitated the rework. They just came in and they fixed it and it worked. I didn't get a thorough explanation about what exactly the issue was. They came out very promptly and there was no additional charge. They resolved all the issues it was just that I didn't understand what was going on."
