Despite being told it would last 10?20 years, the quality and durability were clearly lacking. The technician arrived hours late, didn?t ventilate the space properly (forcing my tenant to leave for two nights), and the overall professionalism was poor. I ultimately had to get a quote to replace the tub entirely. While I was offered a partial refund and the operations manager was responsive and helpful with my concerns, I cannot recommend this service."
