"Called Escarez & Associates about the project. It was not a good fit for them (they explained why), but then they referred me to another company that was a better fit. My call was answered on the first attempt and, once they did some research, they called me back the same day. Very fast response and they saved me time by providing a good referral. Very professional experience."

"I contacted many surveying companies regarding this endeavor over the last couple of months. I want to say that if you are shopping around for a surveyor, please be aware of the vast differences in service, price, quality and deliverables (they vary greatly and seem to mask the charges and hidden charges in complex, nonsense, contracts and estimates). I contacted Mark and after speaking with him, the timely responses, knowledge and the professionalism that he represented, it was an obvious choice. He was upfront about cost, timeline, work to be completed and delivery timeframe. The work was completed on time, deliverables on time, price was great and was above an excellent overall experience in what I am realizing can be a very frustrating process. I would recommend and will recommend BBA Land Surveyors to anyone looking for this type of service! Obviously you can shop around, but if you can get these guys, I fear you might just be wasting your time elsewhere. Thank you BBA Land Surveyors, now on to King County Permitting which I fear might be a different story."

"Darren is the consummate professional. I found him via Angie's List and am quite pleased with not only the work he provided but the level of professionalism. We had sought out two other bids, and the lack of professionalism (from one surveyor) upon requesting a quote was appalling - they wanted to know why my husband needed to talk it over with me and even wanted to charge an exorbitant fee for filing the formal record of survey with the county. They also questioned why we needed to file a formal record since we were just building a fence. With Ford Land Surveying, all the work cost $1158.00 - this included all of Mr. Ford's work: "monumenting" the property corners with 30" rebar and surveyor ID caps; and preparing and recording a formal record of survey with the county. Mr. Ford was prompt with communication and answered my questions. He showed up early and was the consummate professional. A few days later, we received the blueprint with our survey information. We also like the fact it's a family-owned business with a history of solid experience and positive feedback. If we ever needed a surveyor again, we would hire Ford Land Surveying again - no question."

"Great experiences each time I've used this company. It's really, really hard to get good people to do quality work in Seattle, and Steve Bodine is one of those people. He employs great workers, treats them well and holds on to them for years. He personally is a genuinely decent and nice guy as well. He has years and years of experience and I would trust him with all my drainage needs (that's saying something in Seattle). Bodine also did a fantastic job with my concrete driveway and walkways. I first hired Bodine almost 3 years ago to redirect my downspouts to a new drain field in my back yard. His crew did an amazing job. I was so pleased, I hired them to do some concrete work in my basement. Again, excellent work. Based on that, I then hired them to pour a new concrete driveway and walkway. Again, an incredible job. They really care about getting it right. Bodine does virtually all of their work based on referrals... and they are busy. But if you have a problem, they will take care of it immediately and other times, you just have to be a little patient knowing they're busy taking care of someone else's problems. It works both ways. They were very patient with me when I had to change dates to have my driveway poured due to other work going on at my house. I also want to mention Jim Cuba and Manny, who worked on my most recent project and were terrific."

"I bought a parcel of land adjacent to one I already owned. CSI had surveyed the original parcel in 1996 so I had them survey my new parcel. I had a problem with a property line brushing one of my homes and CSI prepared a boundary line adjustment to correct this problem. The established all of the points on my property I needed in a businesslike and prompt manner."

"I contacted several of the surveyors listed on Angie's List for my area.  All came back with bids at around $2,800 with the exception of one, who came back at $1,900.  But like most of the other surveyors I contacted, he was booked out several weeks.   I asked one of the surveyors if he knew of anyone else I could try who might be available sooner and he recommended Linda Schroeter. Linda was available the next week. Her bid originally came back at around $2,800, and I asked her if she could meet the $1,900 bid and she said yes.  <br /> They were out the next week to do the work. The complexities of our yard required them to do two days of field work. I had the drawings at the end of that week.  There was one small error on the drawings, which I pointed out to them (they had forgotten to indicate where a set of stairs wrapped around the house and indicated a slope there instead). They were out two days later and I had the new drawings a few days after that. <br /> I would highly recommend them. <br />"

"Ms. Russell gave me drawings of redesigning my gardens/landscapes at 2 houses. I really like the fact that she listed options of plants based on our walk-thru of what I wanted and even more importantly what I didn't want. She was prompt, professional and very easy to talk to in laymans terms (since I am not a gardener). <br />"
