"I found A2Z on Angie's list. If you've never found someone there, you can click 1-4 contractors for a job and they should all call you. A2Z was the only one that called and they called within an hour! It was actually a representative of the company, ya know like they have a legit business. It wasn't the same person that fixes stuff, and answers the phone, and schedules appointments etc. An assistant or office manager called me. She was very Friendly and professional. We scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Victor called me at said he was there the morning of the appointment. He was there early in the estimated arrival window too! Amazing! He found the issue quickly, which was a leaking window, not a roof leak, as the other guy from another "company"said. Victor was easy to work with, he showed up on time, he sent me a quote and the quote ended up being the price. He was reliable and answered my phone calls and texts. "I chose Ivan's company after lots of research on how to best solve my problems with gutters clogging. My house is an average 2 story colonial style and is surrounded on most sides by lots of trees. The gutters would clog up once a month and required me going on roof and manually cleaning out. I was growing sick of this chore and feared for my safety. Also, during a recent heavy set of rainfall episodes, the gutters were clogged and rain water poured like a waterfall over the one side of my home and resulted in some water in basement. After that, I decided to search angies list and found Ivan's company. I then research the Gutterglove product and decided to go with Ivan after meeting him for estimate. He explained everything perfectly. The above cost breakdown was $2850 for gutterglove pro gutter guards installed with gutter adjustments and an extra $300 for the larger 3 x 4 inch downspouts. The work was performed about 2 weeks after initial estimate and took about 1 full day to complete. After some heavy rainfall, I can say gutters seem to be functioning perfectly and my mind is now at ease. New downspouts look great and the gutterguards are not visible unless on ladder. The product itself is very heavy duty reinforced and the screen is small enough to keep everything out.

"We had inspections and estimates from four highly rated companies appearing on Angle's list and on other sites. Each provided a bid for the same work with similar or identical materials, and found a high degree of consistency among the bids. All four diagnosed the problem as requiring the replacement of the entire roof for the best and most lasting outcome and they proposed nearly identical steps to do the job. All recommended replacing two skylights along with the roof, adding ridge vents in sections where there were none, and noted the likelihood of needing to replace plywood decking in at least some areas. However, Paragon stood out from the others by virtue of the thoroughness of the initial inspection, including dozens of photographs from the exterior and interior (attic), and the care with which the proposed work (both foreseen and potential) was explained, described, and justified. Moreover, once the line of communication was established at the first visit, Mauricio remained available via email, text, and phone for any and all follow-up questions and concerns. The open communication continued through the scheduling, completion, and follow through of the project. Periodic updates, with step-by-step photos, were provided during the work. Such openness was very much appreciated in this situation where the end project was much more involved than originally thought. We had been advised in advance of what we could expect, so no really unanticipated situations arose. Working around the weather, the job was completed on Easter weekend, approximately a day and a half on site, and from our perspective the crew was careful, professional, and efficient. Care was taken to protect the property, and the clean up was very good. Everything went exactly as promised, and because the whole roofing "system" was installed by certified personnel, both a manufacturer's warranty and Paragon's guarantee will apply. I would not hesitate to recommend Paragon for roofing and skylight work, and since their services extend to other home improvement and remodeling tasks I would certainly contact them again for any other project we might need."

Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. We are on a fixed income and procrastinating to get our roof redone. I definitely called the right company because they made it way more affordable than we anticipated.
