"Greystone did a fantastic job designing and installing our stamped concrete patio and sitting wall. The crew was professional and they made every effort to minimize the impact to the rest of my front yard. My wife and I were extremely happy with the service and quality of the patio. Highly recommend them for any concrete work you may have. There price was very reasonable and the quality can't be beat.
"

"We have an in-ground pool and deck. We wanted a concrete patio next to the existing deck on which we will build a gazebo. It hard to find someone to do a smaller job quickly. We wanted to enjoy the gazebo before summer was over. Tavis worked my job in between his other jobs. The patio was finished quickly and looks great."

"Everyone in the company was professional and helpful. The only problems encountered were caused by the Prince George's county permit office and the weather. The original proposal was for excavation and external waterproofing. The county required an external French drain, back fill with gravel up to one foot from the surface, and an external sump pump with an external electrical outlet. These extra requirements from the county added about 50% above the estimate to the final total.
The crew spent a few days excavating a narrow trench about three feet wide and down to the basement foundation. We have a back deck and fencing, so some deck and fence posts had to be removed during the work. They patched cracks in the foundation walls, cut back a tree root that was threatening to damage the wall, and added a footer to the bottom edge of the basement walls.
Then waterproofing liquid was applied to the basement walls up to ground level and a heavy rubber-like fabric was hung on the walls. The fence and deck posts were replaced, and the French drain pipe was laid on top of the footer. The French drain pipes led to the sump pump, which was then hooked up to an preexisting downspout drain that was also buried until it reached the front yard.
The project took about three weeks because of weather delays (the project began in early March, and it snowed a couple of times) and because the footer needed to be added to the foundation.
We had to hire an electrician to install the exterior outlet, so we had to wait another 10 days or so before the county could do the final inspection and approve the permit. Chamberlin Washington was there every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for better support from the owner to the crew members, some of whom worked two weekends to finish the job after unexpected weather delays.
"

"Initially Great! Jason came out and was very honest and knowledgeable. He shared what he would recommend to help with my structural damage / cracks and promptly sent out a report. After I made my decision to secure their services the contact was lacking. A timeline or update would of put my mind at ease between the time they received the deposit and the actual services started. The work started and each day there was progress. Totally pleased. The final walk through: - Had a sticking door and was shown a trick to correct that by placing a rag in the door jam, the soil placed back in the ground was lumpy and full of brick/stone, brick mortar was not the right color but thought it would just lighten as it dried. A few months later...the mortar is definitely not the right color, there isn't a strap to hold down my downspouts and one of the downspouts fell off. I haven't contacted the company to correct as I will just live with the color and rig my own downspouts. The great news is I feel secure about the foundation work.
"

"This is the fourth major renovation job that I used REZ to handle for me. I also call him for other repairs and even just advice about work I need done. I trust Rob completely and will always go to him first. This job was done very well and very smoothly and in a timely manner -- which is hard because the majority was outdoor work in the later part of the winter and early spring. It was all completed well before the nicer weather when I would want to use my backyard. Rob was here every day ensuring the work went smoothly. When I was deciding on the type of new deck stair case to lead from my sun room to the new patio I mentioned how much i always wanted a deck that would go straight out from that door and allow me easier access to my grill. Rob considered my budget and came back with plan for just the kind of deck I wanted. I never thought I could afford it with all the other work i was having done but Rob made it happen. I cannot say enough good about REZ and the work they have done for me. Specific to this job my 15 year old pool liner started the work off by springing leak over the winter. I had wanted to replace the cracked and ugly concrete around the pool and Rob suggested very large pavers to go right over the old concrete. That lead to an entirely new patio surrounding the pool and most of the rest of the yard and the walk way to the gate - which was always a mess with mud. I needed a new gas heater for the pool and new pool ladder and railings. Then the deck with awesome wide stairs across the entire front of the deck leading to the patio. My yard is gorgeous now! I also had a leak in the house that was VERY difficult to find. It turned out to be several different problems each causing water to drip into my family room ceiling. Rob helped me search for these causes and resolve them. Then he re-routed a duct, fixed the ceiling and repainted after killing the old water stains.
"

"Contractor arrived on time, removed old concrete and asphalt in short order cleaning all construction debris and hauled it away. Only problem was the concrete delivery was late to arrive but that was the fault of the concrete company, not the contractor."

"It went very smoothly. I had a voice mail from his Office Manager, Jenny (she's awesome) on Friday, 3.30, that he'd be coming to do the job on Monday, 4.2. He was here on Monday morning - bright and early - with his team and the pad was poured! There were no surprises as to cost, layout, what we wanted, etc. He's incredibly smart and good at what he does. I asked if he could offer me some suggestions to improve my backyard area (patio or sidewalk from deck to other areas, etc.). Shortly after that conversation, we walked the area off, he talked about stamped concrete options, colored concrete - to save money over stamped, etc. and said he'd have Jenny put a proposal together for me. I had that proposal Monday night.

These folks are great! They're professional and just 'good people'. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends!"
