The S&K plumber came out and said he would have to check with one of the HVAC techs and he would come back with parts he needed. I later received a call to reschedule and was told the plumber was not coming back and an HVAC tech could not come for another week, unless I said it was an emergency. I called another plumber instead who came and fixed the leaking soldier joint. S&K charged me a $55 service call for the plumber's visit. I called to dispute the bill and was told the plumber could not do the job I needed and I would have to pay for the service call.
