When the foreman informed Joe that some necessary supplies were not part of the shipment delivered, Joe immediately left to get those items from the vendor. He explained to my wife and I what was going on with the problems on our roof. We have only been here in Delaware in our home just under (2) two years and we knew that the roof wasn't new when we bought our house but Jim identified the approximate age of our roof and how much more time we might have left. I have never met a contractor that took so much time to explain all of these options to us.
