They left the house in unacceptable condition ? dirty mirrors, wet towels hung back up, bacon grease all over the stove, fridge not wiped out, floors unswept, and side tables covered in dirt and drink rings. See photos for proof, these were taken by me before guests checked in. The cleaner blamed a ten-minute real estate showing for not finishing, which doesn?t explain the level of neglect. The house was also left smelling like cigarette smoke. If you care about your property, avoid this company unless you plan to stand there and watch them clean. Complete waste of time, money, and trust."
