The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. "We would have gone with him, except he came out and then disappeared. We tried to get him again to come back out. We wanted to go with him and he didn't answer calls that he'd come back and didn't. He came out for the estimate and we were really happy with him. We called him back to do the job and he didn't return our calls. There was no cost for the estimate. We were impressed with him. When he came out, he was punctual. He seemed good. I'd be leery that he came out and he sold us on what he could do and then when we wanted to go with him, he never answered our calls which makes me think that if he did the work for us, would he disappear? I would be less likely to ever use him again."
