"Update on 6/4/20: We faced some challenges in our doors and I contacted Sergio about it. He acted immediately and visited us to look at the problems. I showed him the challenge in a couple of more doors (old house). He further advised me in buying the exact part in a home depot over the phone. The visit was planned today. Sergio and Leo are very knowledgeable and they completed the entire job quickly. I was very impressed by their timing, professionalism, and out of the box help.
