This was the best deal I could imagine.  Rico showed up right on time and I walked him through the house and we talked through all the things that needed to be done.

I had some light switches that weren't working and others that felt warm to the touch after being on for long.  So I asked him to please check every light switch and socket in the house.  He repaired the wiring on a couple of switches and replaced a couple with some switches I already had (for that eventual to-do list that never got done).  I had 3 new exterior fixtures that he installed in no time.  I was so happy with his work that while he took a lunch break, I went to Lowe's and bought 3 new fixtures for the kitchen and breakfast room.  He then replaced all of those.  Everything looks great and I couldn't be happier with the results.  Rico was very professional and he explained everything he was doing.  He cleaned up after himself and left everything in good shape.
