So in total, we had everything fixed within 10 days of our first call. Hugh also gave us pictures of all the repairs, walking us through what he and his team accomplished. Ben came and made me feel confident in his abilities to assess the roof and recommend the best roof for me. The workmen came and put the roof on quickly and meticulously cleaned up after themselves. A snow storm was predicted in 2 days, and another man from the company came before the snow to check and be sure everything was taken care of and solid. They also installed a ridge vent. "From beginning to end this was one of the most informed, hard working and nice Family company I have ever used and when it comes to roofing problems, I will only use them! Matthew guided the whole roofing job from beginning to end and was absolutely the nicest young man I have ever met. He answered in person and by phone whenever I contacted him, he never rushed me, he explained everything that was going on and found many problems the, so called Contractor, who put on the roof in 2012, did not do, just to save money. I bought the home in 2013 and the house passed every inspection and after moving in, the problems started, spent a lot of time and money repairing the ceilings in the dining room and living room. Forrest and Son worked very hard to bring the roof up to code and found so many problems and I am very grateful to them for helping me and charging a fair price for all the work that was done.
