"Carlos' team has done everything for me at this point: a move-in cleaning for my condo, a move-out cleaning for my last apartment, deep cleanings, and a bi-weekly maintenance clean (ongoing, after a pause for the first four months or so of the pandemic). They do a wonderful job and Carlos is always really, really responsive by text to any questions or updates. The day before they clean, I always get a note telling me when they'll come by (so I can hide to keep working and stay out of the way) and they're always on time. The team is super efficient and always makes my house look and smell wonderful, even though I am not a great housekeeper on my own and have a cat, who is a shedder.
