Calling this service was almost a turnoff initially, there could be an improvement of customer service over the phone. However he is straightforward and to the point. I called on a Saturday and he inspected my property by the next Monday. I received a voicemail with a quote and decided to move forward. D&L scheduled me for the very next day, which I thought was amazing. The crew came without much disturbance, did a great job in under a 45 minute time-span, and left without disturbing me during my work. I am not easily impressed, but these guys get the job done with very little hassle. I will be using their services bi-weekly and I highly recommend them based on the first visit. <br /> I will sacrifice excellent phone service if the company does what they are contracted for. I have recommended their service to my surrounding neighbors.
