"I got a number of estimates from various contractors in Angi for my flat roof which had blisters and also needed insulation underneath. The estimates given by JJP was one of the most competitive. I asked them several questions when Jose visited and also via emails to Bryan. They provided me with satisfactory responses and details explanations of how they would do the project and what materials would be used. They did the job within one of signing the contract and finished everything in one day. They also took great care on various finer details on the edges and also on the top where my shingles roof meet with the flat roof. They also cleaned all the debris after finishing the work. From estimate to cleanup, Sonny responded promptly, thoroughly explained what it would take to repair / replace neglected (and leaking) areas on both house and garage roofs, and followed through with great work that was on schedule and according to budget. Other contractors I called were only interested in whole roof replacement, which I cannot afford right now. Sonny offered a gradual replacement under terms I can realistically consider. Brothers resided our new home, replaced the roof, gutters, soffits, flashing of the chimney, replaced a new window, and pitched part of one of our chimney's. The work was impeccable. The owner was available for questions, the foreman was approachable, the workers kept the property neat, and our home looks brand new on the exterior. "DAVID IS AMAZING ! I have a 10 foot long closet that i tried fixing myself 3 times and it was a nightmare that wouldnâ  t end my clothes were all on the ground and my room was a mess ! Nobody would take the job and if they were willing to hear my story their price was astronomical. I called the cleaners and builders and David and i agreed on a fair price and picked a day for him to get started working on the closet, his flexibility was perfect for my schedule. He put the closet up extremely professional and was nice and upfront about the whole process it was extremely hard to find an honest handyman and let me tell you for now on heâ  s my guy ! Also as a bonus after the job was done he followed up came back to check if everything was good and also refunded me the amount from the materials that were refundable after the job was done. 10/10 in my book !
