"They refinished our 1950s hardwood floors. They covered paintings and anything we couldn't remove from the rooms and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. They educated us on what to do afterwards. The floors look beautiful once again. Excellent work, price and timing! Will recommend to our friends. So pleased!"

"They did an amazing job... My house hardwood floor looks beautiful. I highly recommend them. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and efficient work. Great crew! thank you Artwood Floors LLC"

"I hired Aurelio to refinish my old oak stairs, carpeted at the time. After removing the carpet, we realized installing new stairs would have been the "better" option, but my budget didn't go in that direction. Aurelio and his team did their best to repair the damage and refinish the stairs. Aurelio suggested adding molding and 3/4 rounds to hide the places that couldn't be fixed, and that was a great idea. I'm sure when the project is finished (I'm having a painter paint the front faces of the stairs white), I'll be happy with the results, but I wish I had known a few things before hiring: 1) That the "material" (which wasn't included in the quote) would be grossly overpriced (I paid $1,200 for the carpet removal, repairs, sanding, staining and poly-coating, and $550 for material) 2) That the workers wouldn't wear shoe covers to keep my existing wood floors clean 3) That some wholes wouldn't be filled 4) That vertical surfaces of the stairs wouldn't be touched/fixed 4) And last but not least: That I would have NO SAY in the finish color. I wasn't shown a sample, given a color name, or called on site before the stairs were completely stained (and impossible to re-stain, I was told). The final color is about four levels lighter than my original wood floor (and the rest of my house). I understand you cannot match colors exactly, but the difference in tone and level is very noticeable. My "new" stairs are a light-ish pine-like color; my existing floors are between American Oak and Gunstock. As Aurelio puts it "When there are no lights on, you don't notice the color difference". I'm giving the company a B for the hard work done. But I learned my lesson."

"I can't say enough about this Father and Son's contractor team.. Alex, David and Dimitri were fabulous. The floors were refinished in 1 1/2 days. Their work is amazing and they were polite, neat and very informative about maintaining my new floor. I highly recommend them for your next project - you won't be sorry."

The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the floors completely transformed the look of our home. They kept the work area clean, communicated clearly throughout the project, and completed everything on time. We highly recommend United Flooring America to anyone looking for high-quality flooring installation and great customer service."

"Jeff Jones was a pleasure to work with. While he'd estimated 3 full days to install hardwood flooring in 3 rooms, his crew of 3 finished in a day and a half. They were professional, prompt, did an excellent job, and were very careful and clean. They did all the sawing outside on my deck, and kept vacuuming, which almost totally eliminated any sawdust residue. The floor looks gorgeous and I'm 100% happy with the job they did and would recommend American Floor Service without reservation. Jeff is also very responsive to emails and/or phone calls. You won't go wrong hiring this company for your flooring needs."

"Thiago and his team helped us think through the options for fixing a hole in the floor from our removing an electrical socket. He dissuaded us from our initial plan to install a wooden floor medallion because it would not likely be flush with the floor unless we refinished the entire room. He suggested replacing just a few of the floor boards and quoted a very reasonable price. He sent a professional floor installer who worked very efficiently while protecting our furniture and paintings from dust. We are very happy with the results."

"We hired Moura wood floors to refinish the floors in my parent's home. The house was built in 1958 and the floors were in desperate need of refinishing. Never did I imagine the floors would look so good after the Moura team completed their work. The floors came out beautiful. The Moura team arrived on time and were extremely professional. We have since recommended Moura Floors to others. I cannot thank the Moura team enough for the outstanding work they did!!!!"

"We looked for a local contractor to rehabilitate the floors on our home that was built in the early 60s. Great hard wood but had been neglected for a long time and definitely needed some TLC. Lucy contacted me within an hour after my request for a quote and met me that same day at the property. She was affable, professional, and set me at ease that her company would be able to work within my budget. Her employees did a phenomenal job, on time and on budget. The floors look showroom new and we couldn’t be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your flooring needs!"
