"showed up on scheduled day, had my 17yr old roof 42 squares tore off by lunch time. Part of the crew started cleaning up grounds with magnetic roller in flower beds and around driveway and side walks wile others were replacing plywood (roof sheathing) and prepping for new install. New material showed up 1 hour before prep was done, ready to be installed. Installer showed me potential leaky areas and made recommendations for future problems in watershed problem, areas rectified with metal flashing and Ice and water guard. All new drip edge, ice and water shield for valleys. My roof looked like a wrapped Christmas present before shingles were installed. Ran out of daylight before finish but was dried in in case of rain and showed up early next day to finish job. By lunch my roof was completed the clean up was on going until they left my house. Very impressed and satisfied. I have recommended to everyone I know of roofing needs."

"My husband and I were in the process of purchasing the home we had been renting for several years, and we suspected the roof would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. This company had a deal listed through Angie's List for a roof inspection and gutter cleaning. Perfect. There are several large trees on the property so the gutters needed attention as well. <br /> An appointment was made and the company sent a nice young guy to inspect our roof, etc. He saw a problem with the chimney flashing so offered to give us an estimate for that repair. We were also told the roof would need replacing within two to three years so we asked for an estimate for the entire job. We received an estimate for the flashing job but never received an estimate for the whole job. <br /> What they considered to be a gutter cleaning was for the guy to stand on the ground with a long handled broom pushing along the gutters and knocking the leaves onto the ground. I was afraid the gutters were going to be torn off the house. Not good. I realize now that if the gutter cleaning was my highest priority, then I should have hired a professional. Considering the actual service rendered, I feel that the "deal" was overpriced. <br /> Our roof was damaged by hail in the summer and the entire roof needed to be replaced. If we had actually received their estimate originally, they would have been our first call. As it was, the job went to a different company. <br />"

"I was referred to Mike with Roof it Right because I mentioned to an acquaintance that I was having issues with my gutters and soffits. Mike called me to ask about the details, then sent someone out that day to give an estimate. It was a reasonable price to repair the fascia and soffits and install a brand new gutter system. It should prevent any further problems and it looks really good... it improves curb appeal and adds value to my house. Also Sergei was very professional and easy to work with. I have no complaints."

"We recently bought our home, and the home inspector completely missed that the roof was in utter disrepair. We literally had a leak not 8 hours after closing. We took several bids for a new roof from different roofing companies. After speaking with Jack, the owner I was sold on Carlon. He is the most up front and honest guy I talked to out of all of them. He gave me a fair price on our roof with an honest opinion of what needed to be done. When you're paying for it out of your own pocket, you're a little more cautious than when the insurance company is paying for it. Their installers showed up at 10 to 7am and worked until nearly 10pm the first day then came back at 7am the next day and worked until it was done. They worked their rears off. Our roof is very steep, and they did a wonderful job. Jack was very responsive when the ridge vent had an issue after snow blew under. We discussed options, and he sent his guys out as soon as the roof was safe to redo the venting style of the roof. The chimney cap is beautiful, but took a really long time to get. The first one took about a month to fabricate, but the installers that came out had some issues trying to get it up there. They accidentally dropped it and destroyed it as well as damaged our deck railing and a support joist. Jack took the cost of the deck repair off our cap cost and had another one fabricated which was installed without issue. The seal was done with only an issue with over spray on the windows. Jack sent his guys out to clean them as soon as I let him know."

"Lyons came out to inspect a leak we'd discovered in the roof of the home we'd just moved into.  We were terrified that the house we just bought was going to have roof problems.  Lyons came out and checked out where the leak was coming from.  We were hoping to get an estimate on the repair, but instead the Lyons guy had it repaired in 15 minutes.  He said it was just a piece of petal and a nail that needed to be caulked and hammered back down.  Talk about a load off our minds.  Roof hasn't leaked since.  Excellent experience!!!!! <br />"
