"Couldn't be happier. We were referred to Duct Mate by another contractor who wouldn't be able to come for a couple of weeks. Duck Mate went above and beyond. We were told a technician could get to us the same day around 4pm, Anthony arrived around 1:30pm. After he diagnosed the problem, found the part locally, picked it up and installed it all by 3:30pm. Many thanks to Anthony but also Pat in the office that was able to make this happen. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"John and Zack came to our home, wearing masks and they were extremely professional. They discovered a problem that resulted in a repair of our dryer vent. John presented pricing and told me what needed to be done. He took care of it right away and completed the job. They cleaned up any mess that made was during the repairs. They patched up the holes that were made to do the repairs. We will definitely use their services again."
