"I hired Rodens painting to hang drywall, texture, install crown molding, base molding, and paint my house after a water pipe burst during the February 2021 freeze. We had an agreement for $25,900 in total work. I paid him $24,900 before he abandoned the job and have not heard from him since. He requires payment constantly because he does not have the capital to buy materials before beginning any part of the job. Work began on 10/21/2021 and the last check given to him was on 3/31/2022. He did not have much oversight with his employees during this time and as a result there was great variation in all the aspects of the work. Eventually he just abandoned the job in July 2022 after he stopped taking my calls. I gave up on him as I was disgusted with the quality of his work and decided to take a loss and have another contractor finish the work for an additional $8000. Problems were all over the scope of their work. There were visible drywall seams followed by terrible spray texturing of the walls which varied from very thick in some areas and normal in other areas (sometimes on the same stretch of wall). His employees did mediocre work with the crown molding. I though painting would be an easy process for his crew but they failed in that aspect as well. There were several walls that were not primed prior to being painted and this resulted in a very splotchy texture which looked terrible. They failed to properly cover some furniture with drop cloths and this resulted in primer being sprayed onto all different areas as well as on the furniture. Towards the end of the project, outlets were not even covered and spray texture and paint were applied directly over them. They did not even take the time to put painters tape over the outlets! Then, to top it off, he purchased paint from several different companies resulting in various shades of grey all over the house. There were at least 3 different paint brands used. Overall, I was very disappointed in almost every aspect of his work."

"Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. When I called to get it fixed the office that did the original job was redistricted and would not service me so there was some back and forth with the new location in my service area taking responsibility for the repair. They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."

"It went so well and they did exactly what the contract said that they would do. Our contract was specific that left nothing to misunderstand about what I wanted done or they to do. They were working with 24 year old oak cabinets and were exact in matching corners & fronts of those old cabinets. It all looks so good. I worked with the owners daughter. The owner was very nice also. The carpenters were a pleasure to work with. They did their work and then the owner would call or text me to ask it there was anything that needed their attention. The payment process was excellent in that it was all done on Intuit and could come directly out of my checking account."

"I am writing this review to warn others before hiring Osvaldo. I hired Osvaldo to remodel my mother?s kitchen and the experience was extremely disappointing and costly. I paid for 42-inch cabinets, and without asking or informing me, he installed 36-inch cabinets instead. The vinyl flooring installation was poorly done?the cuts are uneven and jagged, with no straight lines along the edges. He removed the baseboards and never reinstalled them, despite repeated requests. He installed an undermount sink incorrectly, which has since fallen off, causing additional damage and expense. I now have to hire another contractor to fix his work. Plumbing was not completed until I repeatedly had to chase him to come back. On top of that, he told me he paid for a dishwasher that I sent him money for via Zelle. He never installed it, and it turns out it was never purchased. I had to pay for another dishwasher and pay someone else to install it. This experience involved misrepresentation, poor work"
