"Excellent work, timely, everything you could ask for in a roofing company."

"They work quickly and do great work. They removed 2 layers of roof and decking on an upper and lower roof. They installed new decking for 95 percent of the roof and cleaned up all in one day. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. I love that there are warranties for both the parts and the service. I can rest knowing that we should not have any issues with our roof - and if we do, we can call Home Genius. They may cost more than what others will quote, but it is worth it. We bought a house where it is obvious they went with the lowest bidder - that is why the decking required full replacement, and within a year, the rafters would have required replacement as well. The only saving grace was the original decking was extremely thick. The only things that were not so great were 1. Lack of clarity on the fact that there would not be shingles on the lower roof because it is virtually flat; and 2. The discounts were for paying cash and a flexible start date. But we contacted them, and they immediately responded."

"I had a really good experience with Solid Rock. They showed up on time, were friendly and respectful, and got the tree work done efficiently. I was especially happy with the cleanup afterward. They didn?t leave a mess behind and made sure the property looked great before they left. Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciate the work they did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work."

"Emerson Construction team was reliable, courteous and professional, and did outstanding work metal roof. I definitely recommend them and will use them again for footie work."

"Gutters were installed on a chicken coop and previously gutter guards were added to both the house and garage eliminating the need to constantly clean the gutters. Will definitely hire again!"

"Contracted for quarterly service and have been pleased from initial treatment to most recent treatment. Professional, flexible, and EFFECTIVE!!!"

"I had a water leak due to freezing temperatures in south Texas. I opened a claim with Choice and have received a response that they will be paying for the repairs."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
