He provided an R.O.M. estimate over the phone, and made the appointment for the following Monday! Again, showing short of lead time responsiveness! His knowledge, and expertise of repair, and retexturing of the ceiling was greater than expectations, and the total cost was considerably less than the verbal estimate!
