"These workers were so professional it was a joy having Antonio, Willie and Alejandro here. They came prepared with a trailer and their gear. They even had their own port-a-potty!! Clean cut, hard working, worked their butts off with smiles on their faces. These fellows worked from the time they got here until it was time to leave AND they cleaned up after themselves EACH DAY leaving the yard looking pristine. As bad as it was finding out I had a river running through my attic and a ceiling coming down in a bedroom due to this leak, necessitating a new roof (Raindrop DID NOT install the old roof!), I was actually sorry to see them go. I can't thank them enough. And the job looks great. Even the neighbors say so! And a thank you to Tony, the supervisor. He would stop by wanting to make sure the job was to my liking. Questions or concerns just call him. I really appreciated his customer service! And last, thank you to Mac from Hammer and Hand who recommended Raindrop in the first place. They were a wonderful company to do business with."

"Follow up on Cobex construction company. Looking back over the past two years, my wife and I were looking back at the remodeling of our kitchen, installation of french doors in a our family room with access to a center courtyard with new flowing steps. Installation of beautiful Brazilian Quartz counter tops with no seams, glass back splash, new electrical switches, new designer cook top hood, dishwasher and microwave. Repair to weather damaged doors and full replacement of gutters and an amazing "Cool Coat" exterior paint finish. We recently replaced the double ovens and the commercial refrigerator. It is a joy to come home every day and see the how beautiful, and open Cobex staff has made our home. All of our friends love all of the work and the difference it made. Their excellent workmanship, on time service, clean up and follow up to ensure everything is to our satisfaction has been excellent. Thank you COBEX Construction. "Jose J Bayardo Roofing, has performed roofing services for me over 10 years and has never disappointed. Jose and his excellent crew are always courteous and professional. His eye for detail and punctuality set him apart from the rest and in addition I have always felt he charges a fair price for a days work. I highly recommend Jose J Bayardo Roofing, for your roofing or any related handyman needs."

"Incredibly easy and so very professional! The roof looks great, all the vents were replaced and some rotten plywood was replaced. All the old roof was removed. It looks fantastic!! We had a very tight timetable and they accommodated us at every turn. Shalena was incredible to work with and went out of her way to make this all incredibly easy!! We cannot recommend them highly enough!"

"From the very beginning, Tomas was friendly and informative when starting my roofing project. He listened and answered all my question and provided information on how the project progresses from beginning to end. I called several roofing companies but Pacific Ridge Roofing contractors were the only ones to take time to explain the project and literally teach me how a roofing system works. The costs were within ranges of other roofing companies but the customer care was exceptional. I feel fortunate to have found them. The project was supervised by Mike Bianco, who was also as friendly and informative. He listened to my concerns, reviewed the proposal line by line, and made adjustments to the proposal at my request to clarify what exactly would be done, what materials would be used, and how the project would proceed. He explained everything clearly with patience and with descriptions I could understand. The roofers were professional and hard-working. They were careful and avoided damaging the garden and trees surrounding the house and garage. They even worked on the weekend to keep the work on track. Everything was timely and completed as scheduled. Mike went out of his way to inspect the attic and assess the location and state of the current venting system and make recommendations for the location of new vents to ensure proper ventilation of the attic. He personally dug around the attic insulation to determine the location (or lack thereof) of ducts venting the bathroom and the kitchen fans. You couldn’t ask for a better person to care for your home as much as you do. I have no hesitation recommending Pacific Ridge Roofing highly to anyone who wants a quality roof installed by professional and friendly contractors. I enjoyed working with them and feel confident they will give any homeowner the attention you deserve on such a crucial aspect of your home improvement project."
