We decided to go with them since they had top rated reviews, were a local company (from Kirkland, Wa) and they had their own crews (with clean back ground checks). Make it short, they started the project right on time, and finished it on time on budget. Not only they did not cut corners, they did extra work for us like replacing the rotten fascia.
