"Otto installed over 1500 square feet of Wisconsin Red Oak in our home. It was such a professional and incredible job. Additionally, Otto had to color match a section that connected to the previous wood floors, and he did this to perfection. Did a fantastic job, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I have referred Otto to several clients and they have always thanked me profusely. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"George, owner, EC Flooring, provided a competitive quote for services with an estimate of 5 days for completion. He and his partner exceeded our expectations. The entire job was complete in 4 days; the extra touches such as custom replacement of recessed wood floor grates for heat ducts made our already beautiful home look better than when it was new. The floors now have a satin sheen that enhances the natural wood color, and the wood looks brand new. George and EC Flooring really paid attention to every detail. The home areas were pristine, no dust residue anywhere on our fine furniture or nearby carpeted areas. We went for the Swedish finish/3 coats. These floors are so beautiful that I hate to walk on them even in my socks! Thanks again, George. You're a master."

"Eric visited my home twice to measure and discuss scope. I asked 3 companies to bid on the work, and Pacwest was the middle quote. Pacwest is a highly regarded local company and I was very happy that it made sense to patronize a local firm. We tried to match our new wood flooring to other wood flooring installed 5 years ago, and we needed to level up the flooring which was a little tricky. Vadeem and crew did beautiful work - we are 100% pleased with the job."

"I had the opportunity to collaborate with Andrii on two distinct projects, and I found his company, SwedExpert LLC, to exhibit exceptional professionalism. They specialize in installing LVP, baseboards, trim, doors, windows, as well as offering painting and construction cleaning services. Andrii is a dynamic professional who upholds high ethical standards and consistently delivers quality work on time at competitive prices. I highly recommend SwedExpert LLC for future projects."

"We originally contracted with Adam to build a barn/shed. Since we were happy with the results of that project we then hired him to replace out deck. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable."

"I hired this company to replace the floors in my condominium. I had done research for the better part of a year to find the best company. This was a big investment and a foundational piece of any home. As importantly, I wanted to hire from people I believed in. Is it possible to have an excellent product, detailed installation and an experienced company run by good people that would care for my home? Simply put, yes. E&A is it. From the first phone call to the in home evaluation, to product selection, I immediately knew I was in the best hands. The Sales Manager, Mark - in addition to being authentic and caring to meet my specific requirements - mentioned that the owners were committed to treating all their employees well. That was a selling point. Happy employees make happy customers. The reverse is almost never true. The price was competitive. Alex the Owner was 100 percent responsive to all my questions and concerns. This included a step by step, highly involved condominium HOA process. Want a company that can meet the requirements of your HOA in a timely and top quality way? There are few. E&A was outstanding and genuinely cared that all parties were satisfied. The installers were on time, hard-working and experts at their craft. The job got done in the time frame that was promised. The floor had to be leveled in three rooms. It was flawless. There were a couple of unexpected issues and they were resolved real-time despite it being more complicated than expected. The next day I noticed a couple of minor issues. Are you ready for this part? When I sent an email on Saturday morning, Alex and Erik responded in an hour and were both at my house in two. The owners! They assessed the issues, Alex fixed one during the visit and the installer arrived on Sunday morning to fix the other two. He drove from Kent to Seattle for minor corrections that took him only a half hour to resolve. When does this happen? These guys have stellar reviews and plenty of business lined up. They do business like this because this is how they do business, for everyone based on the reviews I read. I LOVE my new floors. And I really enjoyed meeting Alex and Eric. They are good people who are talented and driven for excellence. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Good people that do exceptional work at a fair price in a geographic area that has a low supply of contractors is a gem in a haystack. Look no further. Thank you A&E!"

"I had used DJ four or five years ago and was pleased with the result, so I invited him to bid on this small job. He came shortly after I contacted him, gave me a reasonable estimate. About a week after the flooring I bought had been delivered, he came to install it. He still does a clean and professional job, and I am happy to recommend him to others looking for an installer for a hardwood floor.

"My wife and I highly recommend Modern Flooring Services. We had 450 square feet of an irregular shaped floor covered with carpet upstairs that we wanted to replace with wood flooring. Modern Flooring Services provided a contractor to provide an initial estimate and a list of supplies needed to purchase. Then they sent a consummate professional and craftsman to install our floor. His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood. He provided different options for how the wood could be angled based on the floor layout. Then he went to work, and we can’t praise his work ethic enough. He is one of the hardest workers I know. He also did a great job of minimizing the dust. If we opt to install new flooring in the future, we will definitely hire Modern Flooring and request Patrick to install the floor."

"We had 5 detailed bids from family references and Angie's list top picks. Kevin NGO stood out from the beginning. Punctual. Drove me to show other jobs he had in progress. Was only one confident enough to repair our kitchen floor buried under 30 year old linoleum and tar. Price significantly below the rest and he offered significantly more. We chose him over family references.

He started work Thanksgiving. All Day. Yeah thats right, while we were eating turkey this guy was working all day for us. We were behind a day on schedule on other projects and he came in to keep our project time line on track. What was amazing is that he didn't flinch and volunteered to do this.

Tore up the carpet tacks and all the carpets. we had areas that needed patching. One was a literal hole in the floor. you could put your leg in it and kick someones head in the basement. There was oil paint, splatter, linoleum, loose boards, loose stairs, big gaps, rotting thesholds. pretty much a mess.

Patches are indistinguishable from originals from 1919. He patched with matching original woods. His crew drove in every nail, smoothed and matched every panel, filled every crack. It was a thing to behold. His crew works like a well oiled machine.

Floors are absolutely amazing, he tranformed the house, they look original. I am still amazed when I look at them.

Despite difficulties and small surprises he did not charge extra.

We chose the natural Swedish coat. We opted not to stain after hearing stain does not always take evenly to fir. Swedish coat is the only way to go for its durability and no maintenance. Had one vendor that did not know ho to do Swedish finish and didn't let him get past our foyer.

You would be insane not to hire Kevin.

I am a cynical perfectionist and Kevin amazed me
