"Initially we called Protecta Roofing to get our roof inspected. Even though we currently did not have leak issues we thought it wise to have the roof inspected as the ceramic tiles were close to 30 years old. Mario was prompt in responding and coming out to inspect. We were informed of 10 broken tiles. Our decision was to have the tiles replaced and power wash the roof to remove algae which included applying an organic sealant product. After a couple weeks of failed attempts to obtain an estimate from Mario I was in touch with Edith, the company sales manager. From then on the communication and process went smoothly. Edith and crew were a delight to work with. Her knowledge of the work to be done and concern for my satisfaction were impressive. In addition to repairing the broken tiles, our solar panels were cleaned along with painting the pipe flashings. Because everything looked so clean we decided to have Protecta power wash our driveway and side walkways, which are also cleaned with the organic algae solution. The work done was outstanding!"

"Chavez Cisneros came at 8:00 am to look at our roofing problem. We had an edge roof tile fall and break. I thought it was due to a nail being too short, but Chavez analyzed the situation and told me that it was because the edge tiles were wrongly placed and did not even cover the roofing tiles in back of the edge tiles. Chavez took off all the edge tiles and placed them in back of the gable, and then re-positioned them one by one so that they also partially covered the roofing tiles, without leaving an open space. He then offered to paint the area of the Gable Facia board where the edge tiles had been and was now unpainted. Of course we accepted that offer and Chavez quickly painted the bare surface to match the lower portion. "It was a pleasure working with Leon and Crown Roofing. Our tile roof is 28 years old and had developed a couple of leaks. Crown removed the tiles and replaced the underlayment. They are very competitive on pricing. Everything was included in his price, including any damaged wood that they might find when they removed the tiles.
