Afterwards they showed me pictures of all the work that was done in the crawl space and needless to say I was extremely pleased. And to put the icing on the cake, they threw in a free duct cleaning so I can get my air back on and breathe safely again. "Front Door re-stain to correct a previous poor installation. Overall poor quality, changed agreement at the completion of the job seeking more money that wasn't agreed when I accepted his offer. I did pay him full price and the additional money he asked for. However, the quality of work is very poor and will not recommend. Estimated time was 2 days, it took a full week, and I had to help him remove the door and rehang door and install\remove hardware, along with providing tools. He did not clean up at completion and I just wanted him off my property. I will now redo the entire job myself unfortunately and just consider this a lesson learned to do the job myself in the future. Arrived late the first day, then didn't show the next day, arrived late the next day and worked maybe 2 hours total, but he spent at least 2 hours on his mobile when he could have been working."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Purchased a new heater 3 years ago, the heater is no longer working they came out said it needed two new parts. This happened on Sunday 11/9. We were told the parts would be here 11/10. That was not the case. When we called they said they would not be here till 11/15. The parts finally arrived and guess what the heater is still not fixed. They stated another part is needed. They said that they would be back 11/18. They did not come back. heater is still not working, and from what we are being told they may not be able to fix it till 11/22. This is ridiculous. It's a new heater we should not have issues like this and the service has been less then par. It's freezing temps have ranged from 18-50 out side. Worst company to work with. Extremely disappointing!! Having to run space heaters to keep from freezing so the power bill will be very expensive. They should be paying for all this extra expense. On top of it we had to purchase the space heaters to just get by. What a joke."
