The cracks in several walls caused by the 1870 building settling, those in the ceiling of our shower caused by a roof leak, and holes in drywall caused by renters pulling out several towel bars were repaired and repainted flawlessly to the point that you cannot tell where the cracks or holes were. Andrei is always polite, honest and helpful. He responds to inquiries immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends or to hire him again."

While I understand they were swamped with demand due to a snowstorm, I was led to believe they would be more responsive - and the responsibility lands with them to set expectations with me on turnaround time. "Excellent! Kevin was very responsive and came by just a few days after I had requested an on line quote. He gave me a proposal with the full price and explained everything and there was no sales pressure at all. A week later he came by again and we signed the proposal and gave him a deposit. He had shingle samples and again explained the process and answered all questions. A week later a crew was at our house right at 7:00 AM and were stripping the roof by 7:30 AM, after covering the bushes and hanging down tarps from the roof to protect the house. They were all done by 4:30 - cape style house and two car garage. The crew did a great job, the roof looks great and everything was cleaned up. Kevin came by and did his visual examination and to make sure everything was OK. Great Job!"

He and his team came out on time (actually, arrived a few minutes early ) and did an Extraordinary job. I am very pleased with the new roofs on my backyard sheds, and the cleanup inside. Manny also removed and repaired a shed door so that small animals could not longer enter through a large crack from split wood. He and his team worked independently, quietly (no loud shouting back and forth) and respectfully - my neighbors are so impressed that they are planning to call him in the future. I was holding videoconferences from home and was very appreciative of his ability to work without asking for my opinion or review every 30 minutes.
