"I received a call from Byam construction within minutes of my inquiry for repair of a broken patio sliding glass door. The screw holding the frame had come off and I was unable to open or shut the door. Although not an emergency, Mr Byam came out on a rainy Saturday evening at 7:00 pm to take a look. This kind man took the time to search for the exact screw needed to fix the door. I should add that his repair has saved me thousands of dollars as if he was unable to fix the issue I would have been looking at replacing the entire structure! As a single woman he made me feel completely at ease, explained clearly what the problem was and took the time to figure out a solution, I am so grateful. I would highly recommend Byam construction to anyone for their home repair issues! I have other home repairs that need to be done & I will be contacting Byam construction again to see if they can do the job! "We had a garage door in the style of a barn door rip off during one of the windy storms in Manomet,Mass and decided to give Angie’s list a try, after selecting three handyman, we decided to go with JJX handyman, he replied the same day we put the ad up, JJX was there within a couple of days to assess the problem, and sent us several photos showing us the problem with the garage doors. He always stayed in contact with us and kept us updated on the work to be done. Between several small snow storms and some illness in the family The job was done a few weeks later which we had no problem with.
